Breakfast is served from;7.00am to 9.00am - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 9.30am - Saturday and Sunday
 Help yourselves to a wide selection of cereals and muesli.
 Why not try freshly made porridge made from mornflake oats which are milled in Crewe.
There is a choice of Grapefruit, Prunes, Fruit salad and Fresh Strawberries.
Your full English breakfast will be cooked to order and consists of real bacon, local award winning pork sausage; local free range eggs (fried, poached or scrambled) baked beans, fresh mushrooms, tomato (fresh or tinned) and hash browns.
A vegetarian breakfast is all the above with out the bacon and with a vegetarian sausage.
White or wholemeal toast served with a selection of jams – marmalade – honey and a homemade jam made with fruit of the season.
Freshly made tea with a choice of herbal and specialty tea.
Freshly brewed coffee (decaf available on request).

Sue and Tony MurphyWe have been here at Oakland House since April 2005. Before coming to Oakland House Sue was a chef at a local pub restaurant. I qualified as a chef in 1988 and have work in the hotel and catering business since then. The previous owners Malcolm and Sandra Groom are very good friends of ours and when we heard they wanted to retire we decided to take on this new venture. We would like you to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable. All enquiries are welcome. |

Eating OutOakland House is run on a Bed and breakfast basis with plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area with a wide selection of choice for your evening meal. Please ask for recommendation whether you want to take a short walk to the pub down the road or a take a drive out in to town. |
