Nantwich
The historical town of Nantwich is full of charm and character, see the olde worldy crooked walls of the tudor buildings all around the town centre and town square. St Mary's Parish Church - Welsh Row Town Square 1 - Town Square 2 High Street 1 - High Street 2 There are regular local farmers markets and its has its own museum. Nantwich is host to events all through the year with a food and drink festival, a jazz and blues festival and the famous Agricultural and cheese show. On the outskirts of Nantwich is the world famous and very popular Stapeley Water Gardens with a tropical oasis and its new angling centre. Bridgemere Garden World is also a must see. Oakland House is only three miles from Crewe and is on the bus route which will take you in to the centre of the town. Crewe is a working town with regular markets and shops to suit all tastes. Home the famous Bentley Motors you can book a tour around the factory. Also home to the heritage of the railway with a museum in the town centre. Three miles on the outskirts of Crewe is the championship golf course, Wychwood Park which is set in the heart of Cheshire countryside.
